9What happens if I run out of searches?

When you hit your monthly search limit, you'll need to wait until next month or upgrade to a higher tier. Professional includes 200 search credits/month, and Max includes 500 search credits/month.

10How can I check my usage?

You can check your usage in two places:
  • On the home page above the search form (updates after each search)
  • In your Account Dashboard under the "Usage" tab for detailed statistics

11When does my monthly usage reset?

Your monthly search quota resets on the same day each month as your billing cycle. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th, your searches reset on the 15th of each month.

12Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You'll be charged the full price of the new tier and receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current plan. Your usage counter resets and billing cycle restarts today.

Downgrades: Are scheduled for your next billing cycle. You'll keep all the benefits of your current plan until then. No charges or refunds are processed immediately.

13How do I cancel my plan?

You can cancel anytime from your Account Dashboard:

  1. Click your account button in the top right
  2. Go to the "Billing" tab
  3. Click "Cancel" button

When you cancel, you'll keep access to your plan benefits until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will automatically switch to the Free plan.

14Do you offer refunds?

If something isn't working as expected, contact support and we'll help. Refunds are handled case-by-case depending on usage.
